ISLAND SPORT TRAINING works with athletes in individual and small group settings.  Whether you are working to improve your speed and agility, refine your skills or get in shape for the upcoming season, IST has a program to fit your needs. If you are planning on trying out for a high school, travel, select or college team, IST can help you prepare for the seson ahead.  HIGHLIGHT AND RECRUITING TAPE ASSISTANCE is also available. 

                                                                      

FAMILY FITNESS

While your athletes are working out, don't forget about the rest of the family.  No time for the gym? Let us bring the gym to you!! We also offer flexible and affordable, individual in home training sessions that focus on health and fitness for the rest of the family.  If you are looking to lose a few pounds, cut a few inches, get toned up or just improve your health and wellness, we have a plan for you.  IST will come to your home or office for half or one hour sessions.  Each session consists of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and flexibility exercises tailored to your personal goals.  We will work around your schedule so there are no excuses for missing the gym, the gym comes to you!!
